JT STEEL SPROCKETS

JT sprockets are manufactured from premium high-strength C49 carbon steel. The current range of JT steel sprockets includes over 2,500 parts for motorcycles and ATVs of all brands.

Materials

JT uses only the highest-quality materials. For racing lightweight sprockets, they use aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy; for front sprockets, extremely strong SCM420 (chromium-molybdenum steel) alloy; and for rear steel sprockets, JT is the only manufacturer using ultra-durable C49 carbon steel.

Manufacturing

JT Sprockets’ factory is the largest and most advanced in the world, equipped with high-precision machinery, including the latest generation CNC machines and computer-controlled metalworking equipment.

The foundation of a high-quality sprocket is precision manufacturing and material quality. Thanks to precise machining, JT guarantees maximum lifespan and performance.

JT sprockets are manufactured the proper way—using hobbing (gear-cutting) machining. This ensures the most accurate tolerances and perfect tooth profiles. All sprockets and wheels are heat-treated and hand-finished to perfection, meeting or exceeding the strictest motorcycle industry standards.

Quality Control

Each sprocket and wheel undergoes up to 25 production steps and 10 separate quality checks before leaving the factory. The entire manufacturing facility complies with the strictest European quality standards.

Availability

JT produces over 18 million gears annually for all brands and models of motorcycles and ATVs. The range includes more than 2,500 types of steel and aluminum sprockets, with some combining multiple mounting types into a single product.
